You may have varied reasons why online counselling would work best for you than face-to-face counselling: the therapist you would like to work with lives in a different city, you want to cut off travelling times, you have a physical or mental health issue that makes it difficult for you to get to the counselling room, you enjoy the privacy and anonymity that some forms of online counselling are offering (like phone calls, emails and instant counselling).

The duration of each service is 50 minutes with the exception of emails where I dedicate an hour of my time for each answer. I charge £40 per session/email.
